Candied Grapes
with Walnuts and Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 8 ounces chopped walnuts
- 11 lbs. of grapes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine cream cheese and goat cheese. If desired, add a pinch of salt.
Thoroughly wash grapes (red or white) and dry them well. Cover grapes with cheese mixture and top with chopped walnuts. They may be prepared one day ahead. This recipe is very easy to make and delicious!
